CHANGES IN PAYMENT METHODS
All new customers wishing to write checks (personal or business) must have a letter stating that your account is at least one year old with no returns against your account. All letters must be on bank letterhead. Effective November 10th 2008.

ABSENTEE BIDS
All left bids will require a cash deposit (or credit card info.)up to the total bid left plus premium and taxes.Cash deposits will be refund if you are not the winning bidder. Effective November 10, 2008.
